The variety of Tinaktorogos is a fine medium aromatical variety that has been climatised at the area of Ancient Olympia and comes from the variety-wealth of the ancient greek varieties.It is the newest vineyard of the estate. It is located in "Armiriki", in a short distance far from the vinery and the first planting were done in the year 2005. In the mids of September the grapes were gathered with a production up to 600/yard.
Oenology: Classical white vinification in low, controlled fermentation temperatures, with selected yeasts. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Short pre-fermentation maceration, short ripening on fine lees.

Lively in the nose with intense aromas of raspberries and cherries. Good body with medium acidity and soft tannins in complete harmony. Long aftertaste.
Exotic intensity and presence of fruit. Ripe bananas, orange peel, tropical fruit, vanilla, thick, silky mouthfeel.
Lamb on the spit, grilled oily fish over eggplant and zucchini, as well as meat pies.
