Terroir: From the privately owned vineyard in the hilly Arcadian area of Marmarias with clay-rocky soil at an altitude of 750 meters. The vines grow with a northwestern orientation and the terrain is marked by its perfect drainage and its average fertility. These factors, combined with the prolonged maturing period of the grapes, secure ripe fruits with a good natural acidity.

Oenology: Classic Burgundian method with static clarification. The first stage of fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and then the must is transferred to barrels where the fermentation is concluded. The wine is aged for 6 months on its lees in barrels. Can be cellaredfor years
