Terroir: The winery's own organic vineyards in Lantzoi, Ilia on the Western Peloponnese.
A particular wine variety Avgoustiatis. The selection criteria are strict and must have as its objective the promotion of the best local variety in the perfect microclimate of the area of the estate. Through September the grapes from vineyard mill efficiency by 650k/acre.
Oenology: Classical red vinification with selected yeasts and controlled temperature. Aged about a year in small French oak barrels.
Aromas of raspberries, black framboises and ripe strawberry unravel in the nose.
Of medium body in the mouth, with elegant structure, balanced acidity and very round
mature tannins.
Grilled meat, white and red, game and hard cheese.
