P.G.I - Protected Geographical Indication Heraklion
Grape Varieties: Kotsifali and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Region: Houdetsi and Skalani, Heraklion
Terroir: Altitude over 400 meters, non-irrigated hillside vineyards, argillo-calcareous soil, royat pruning. North winds blowing during summer months create a cool climate.
Oenology: The two varieties are vinified separately at 18°-22°C after a short extraction for 6-8 days.

Deep red colour with ruby highlights. Aromas of red fruits (raspberry, cherry) and spices. Full
and soft on the palate with crisp acidity.
